An event dedicated to the Sibillini black summer truffle, featuring local chefs and guests from other regions. The festival offers an opportunity to taste unique dishes and discover new truffle recipes, celebrating the culinary excellence of the area. A meeting of gastronomic tradition and innovation, with an eye to those less fortunate.
In fact, at the event, APS PRAESENTIA in collaboration with Tuber Communications came up with an innovative charity initiative. Thanks to the Ri.dò app, participants will be able to purchase menus from the event by taking advantage of an immediate discount in the form of cashback, while a percentage of the expenditure will be donated to charity by the two associations involved.
The recipient association for the funds raised is currently being determined and will be announced along with the amount raised to ensure maximum transparency and clarity for participants. It is also possible for interested associations to apply as potential recipients of funds by submitting projects for funding.
