Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Municipality of SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO only for the purposes that fall within the institutional tasks of the Administration and of public interest or for the fulfillments required by law or regulation (art. 6(1)(e) of the (EU) Regulations) and, therefore, does not require his consent. Within the scope of these purposes, the processing also concerns data related to registrations to the portal necessary for the management of relations with the Municipality of SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO as well as to enable effective institutional communication.

Regarding the newsletter receiving service, data will be processed, upon free consent, for the purpose of receiving newsletters by entering one’s first name last name and one’s email address in the text box bearing the information regarding the newsletter subscription.

Target audience

   c. A statement that the operations referred to in paras. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

Right of complaint
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) have the right to propose complaint to the Guarantor, as provided for in Art. 77 of the Regulation (EU) itself, or to refer the matter to the appropriate judicial seats (art. 79 of Regulation (EU)).
